If you're experiencing any issues with AeroFS, you canreport the problem by clicking on the AeroFS tray icon > Help > Report a Problem.
If you are running AeroFS via Command Line Interface (CLI), use the "report" command to submit defect reports.
AeroFS> report <Enter problem description here>
When you submit a problem report, your site administrator will receive an e-mail notification. The e-mail will include the description you provided about the problem as well as a link for the site administrator to collect log files, generated by the AeroFS Desktop Client running on your computer.
